PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER - St. Petersburg, Fort Myers, Orlando, Jacksonville & Tampa
We are seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager for our growing St. Petersburg, Fort Myers, Orlando, Jacksonville & Tampa offices with experience in educational, institutional, and commercial projects. Responsibilities include management and completion of architectural projects of varying size from programming through construction administration while managing day-to-day client expectations, project staff and consultants. Work with leadership to establish project parameters, and monitor project goals, schedule and budget. Plan, supervise and assist the overall preparation of design and construction documents for projects according to design policies, procedures and standards.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural Project Management role; successful completion of related projects a plus.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a US State accredited School of Architecture required Florida licensure a plus.

PROJECT ARCHITECT/PROJECT MANAGER & CONSTRUCTION ADMIN - West Palm Beach
We are seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager and Construction Administrators with experience in commercial, educational or healthcare projects for our West Palm Beach office. Ability to plan and supervise the overall preparation of design development and construction documents for each project according to design policies, procedures and standards. Establishes the design/analysis parameters together with the Project Manager. Is responsible for the quality control of the design/analysis function and discipline. Plans and supervises overall preparation of: Calculations, equipment selections, drawings, coordination with other disciplines, code research, site surveys, system and design concepts, and provides guidance to other members of the technical team.

INTERIOR DESIGNER - Sarasota
We are currently seeking an Interior Designer to join our team in Sarasota, FL. The primary role of the Interior Designer is to interpret and translate the needs and desires of a client as well as any architectural direction set forth into cohesive interior design solution. This process may involve production of drawings (2D/3D), and written material to support the conceptual direction of interior design and FFE. This individual will often be required to present their ideas in formal and informal settings with a willingness and desire to hear and respond to constructive feedback. An individual at this level in their career is expected to perform their role within the standard of care acceptable to their peers in the industry. An Interior Designer is expected to work collaboratively with the architectural team, conceptualizing, developing, and documenting varying aspects of interior design of a project, including but not limited to space planning, interior architecture, interior materials and palette, specifications and FFE.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for multiple projects of varying complexity and size.

Conducts programming efforts such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting, and color coordination.

Responsible for selection and specification of furniture, lighting, flooring, wall covering and artwork.

Inspires creativity, critical thought, and design excellence both internally and externally.

Conceptualizes and develops interior design from both a functional, aesthetic, and safe perspective conducive of the client’s requirements, budget, and program.

Implements all phases of a design project which included contracts, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, documentation, specifications, and construction, including the selection and specification of furniture.

Develops space planning, block planning, and adjacency diagrams in coordination with project program.

Develops the interior design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats to express the design intent and coordinate with Project Architect.

Utilizes BIM technologies in the development of three-dimensional models of interiors and their components.

Presents the interior design to stakeholders and is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project. Keeps client apprised of project progress on regular basis. Initiates and maintains contract with other key project individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues.

Ensures design complies with building codes, ADA guidelines and LEED per project type and requirements. Oversee coordination and quality assurance of documents required to complete a project or phase of a project; ensures documents are in concert with design intent.

Evaluates and selects interior systems and materials, finishes and fixtures.

Coordinates project systems to ensure compatibility with the design intent and implements sustainable design principles.

Develops interior design in accordance with cost parameters and ensures interior design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.

Prepares, corrects, and updates documents during schematic design, design development and construction administration phases.

Coordinates color and material palettes.
-
Completes FFE scope tasks from design and selection through bid, coordinating with specific client and project needs.

Involvement in Construction admiration phase by responding to RFI’s, shop drawing, and interior related submittal review, and field site visits.
