St. Joseph's Hospital | 550,000 SF, 1,500 spaces | 2006
St. Joseph’s Hospital’s Visitor/Employee Parking Garage is a 10-story, 1,500-space precast structure. The garage is two-bays wide and includes speed ramps that provide access to alternating floors.
The structure houses an emergency power generator for the garage and existing adjacent buildings. In addition, each floor is monitored by security and call buttons are located throughout the garage. Completed in three phases, the dimensions of the garage were dictated by the site constraints.
