Avion Park is conveniently located in the heart of the Westshore Business District and is the closest office park near the Tampa International Airport. Sitting on 19-acres, Avion Park is a mixed-use complex that consists of retail shops, three hotels, restaurants, Class A office space, and condominiums.
Designed by Harvard Jolly, the five-tier parking garage provides over 500 parking spaces for the various tenants of Avion Park. In addition, airport shuttle vendors utilize the garage to provide discount transportation to and from Avion Park.
