St. Petersburg College Ethics and Social Science Building

St. Petersburg College | 41,000 SF | Spring 2012 (estimated)
The new Ethics and Social Science Building at St. Petersburg College's Clearwater Campus will add 41,000 square feet of space for classrooms, offices, laboratories, and related support spaces.
Currently, St. Petersburg College is utilizing portables on the campus quad to meet the school's enrollment needs. Once the Ethics and Social Science Building is completed, the portables will be removed and the quad will be re-established.
At a cost of approximately $10 million, the new building is targeted to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
