Belleair Beach City Hall and Community Center

Belleair Beach, FL

City of Belleair Beach | 12,100 SF | 2009

Situated on the coast of Pinellas County, the Belleair Beach City Hall and Community Center accommodates all city functions and departments. The facility also houses meeting/conference rooms and city council chambers.

The building is prominently located at the entrance to the city and is designed to serve as a welcoming gateway for visitors and residents. Since it is on a barrier island, the design fully incorporates the beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and meets stringent FEMA standards.

Flexible space was a priority in the facility's design. The city council chambers offer views of the surrounding waterways and serve as a multi-purpose space for council functions and a variety of public and private meetings.
